I have manage to load up a project in REAPER with RC being used as a VSTi within REAPER and mapping the MIDI Channels from the RC Output track in REAPER to various tracks. While these solutions may work, a better solution for programs with time intensive processes is to implement the project using a Producer/Consumer architecture. I have been playing around with RapidComposer as a VSTi in REAPER with some success. If the queue is hitting it's maximum capacity, consider adding timing to the producer loop to control the rate at which messages are queued and dequeued. Ensure that the return elements? (F) input is set to true and then place an indicator on the # elements in queue output. Place a Get Queue Status function in the producer loop before any elements are dequeued.Note that a value of -1 indicates that the queue can hold unlimited elements. To verify if this is the case, locate the Obtain Queue function in the project and make a note of the value assigned to the max queue size input. If a QMH architecture has been implemented, it may be that the message queue has reached the maximum number of elements that it can contain.Rapid compositional prototyping tools such as RapidComposer. Implementing the Event Structure in a state machine architecture while not regularly returning to the "Waiting" state for the Event Structure to process the user inputs. computer also facilitate a shift of focus of the composer from fine details to broader picture. This is highlighted in the Caveats and Recommendations when Using Events in LabVIEW help documentation in further detail.Even if the second structure is not entered until later, the queued event will be triggered upon its occurrence.Expand the new dictionary, select the Layout attribute, and then click Change Item. Select Attribute Objects, and then select New Item to create an Attribute Object Dictionary.
